To import data in a library select "Import to the Current Library" from the Menu releted to the library you want to import in (Acft, Com, Nav, Fix) , and select the TEXT file with the data to import using the open dialog. If you didn't setup previously a library, this command will be grayed and unavailable. In these TEXT file data must be organized as field separate by TAB and every record separated by RETURN. This is a standard way of storing data, and pratically every database allow to export/import in this format.
